Job summary

VRC is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support core warehouse operations, including inventory processing, material handling, records management, and facility organization. You will ensure accurate intake, storage, retrieval, and destruction of customer records with strict chain-of-custody and confidentiality.

The role includes authorized PIT operation and potential van work to support routes, deliveries, or pickups when assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Warehouse or material handling experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Barcode and process incoming boxes and materials.
• Pull, refile, and consolidate customer inventory.
• Process materials scheduled for secure destruction.
• Perform bay consolidations and maintain organized storage locations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and general facility upkeep.
• Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
• Meet established productivity, timeliness, and accuracy standards.
• Maintain strict customer confidentiality and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Assist team members and support operational needs.
• Follow all operational protocols.
• Maintain compliance with all facility safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Operate PIT equipment when certified and authorized.
• Operate company vans to support route coverage, pickups, and deliveries when assigned.
