Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and background check.
• High School Diploma required.
• Must be physically able to lift 40–50 lb boxes daily.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good eye/hand coordination and motor skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints and meet productivity targets.
• Willing to follow procedures and offer improvements.
• Comfort with heights (12–14 ft.) for tasks.
• Experience with handheld computers and warehouse equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours.
• Dependable, reliable, and mature with safety focus.
• Solid customer service background and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Barcode and process new boxes.
• Pull access lists.
• Refile boxes/files.
• Barcode and process boxes for destruction.
• Perform bay consolidations.
• Operate a picker forklift or similar equipment.
• Complete safety and battery checks before using equipment.
• Move boxes to assigned areas and load them.
• Conduct warehouse maintenance.
• Make pickups and deliveries.
• Perform vehicle maintenance.
• Return equipment to charging stations and prepare for overnight charging.
• Handle overtime and additional duties as assigned.
