Job summary

Meow Wolf in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a seasonal, part-time role. You will handle inventory tracking, receive and verify shipments, and support both warehouse and on-site retail operations at Omega Mart.

The role requires organization, safety awareness, and teamwork, with a start on or after 11/9/2026. Applicants must be 18+, and a forklift certification within 30 days is expected.

Qualifications

Good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in a warehouse environment.
Possess a safety first mentality with awareness to operate near warehouse equipment.
A valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check at time of hire.
Forklift certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Receive product from partners, verify shipments, and resolve inaccuracies.
Conduct quality checks on received items to ensure standards are met.
Place received product in correct locations throughout the warehouse.
Contribute ideas to improve operations and guest experience.
Maintain an organized storage area.
Assist in back of house retail operations on site at Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart.

Job Description:

In this fast-paced warehouse job, you’ll play a vital role in the inventory tracking, equipment staging, shipping and receiving of Meow Wolf equipment and merchandise. The Warehouse Associate will assist with the Warehouse Coordinator inventorying, tagging, documenting, and tracking of art installation components as well as retail, food and beverage inventory in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Location: Las Vegas, NV (on-site)

Deadline: The deadline to submit applications for this position is October 29, 2025.

Work Schedule: This position is Seasonal, Part Time with an effective start date on or after 11/9/2026, with the position ending no later than 90 days after start date. We are looking for those who have flexible part-time weekday (Monday-Friday) morning & afternoon availability.

Candidates must be 18 or older to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive product from partners, verify that shipments are accurate and free of damage, and resolve inaccuracies.

Conduct quality checks on received items to ensure standards are met.

Place received product in the appropriate locations throughout the warehouse.

Help improve operations by contributing ideas to improve our quality and customer experience.

Maintaining an organized storage area.

Assist in back of house retail operations on site at Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart.
