Job summary

OnTrac in Paulsboro, NJ is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler to help move thousands of packages during the holiday season. Earn $17.50 per hour with weekly pay and overtime eligibility; no experience required.

Shifts: Wed-Sun or Sun-Thu starting at 2:00 AM, about 5 hours. Season runs 11/02/2026 to 01/01/2027. Training provided with potential opportunities beyond the season.

You will unload, sort, and load packages, work with a team, and keep work areas organized to ensure timely handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays as needed
• Able to pass pre-employment requirements including background check where permitted by law
• Able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when required

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team to meet delivery timelines

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: Wednesday through Sunday or Sunday through Thursday | 2:00 AM start Typical Shift Length: Approximately 5 hours End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre‑employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
