OnTrac is hiring seasonal package handlers at our Hamilton Township facility. This entry-level role requires no prior experience and offers $18.00 per hour with overtime where permitted.

You’ll unload, sort and move packages, help lifts, and keep work areas safe and organized during a Friday to Tuesday overnight shift. Season duration runs November 2, 2026 through January 1, 2027, with weekly pay and a potential seasonal bonus.

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
