Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler in Montgomeryville, PA to keep holidays moving. You will earn $18.00 per hour with weekly pay, a seasonal bonus, and a 2:00 AM start on Thursdays through Saturdays for about 5 hours per shift. No experience is required; training is provided.

The season runs from 11/02/2026 to 01/01/2027, with overtime eligible as needed. You will unload and sort packages up to 30–50 pounds, supporting a team to reach destinations on time.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action.

Pay: $18.00/hr

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

What You'll Need

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
