Job summary

OnTrac in Kearny, NJ is hiring seasonal Package Handler. No experience required. Earn weekly pay, a $500 seasonal bonus, overtime eligibility, and a short training pathway.

Shift options include Friday–Monday from 12:15 AM to 6:15 AM (End of Sort) during a season running 10/27/26–01/01/27. You’ll safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds, join team lifts for heavier items, and keep areas orderly to help packages reach their destinations on time.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays.
• No prior warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for heavier items up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support timely deliveries.
• Work as part of a team to reach destinations safely and on time.

This is an active, hands-on job where you'll work alongside your team to keep thousands of packages moving toward their next destination.

During your shift, you'll:

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

What You'll Need

To join our team, you'll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
