Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Seasonal Package Handlers in Meadville, PA. Earn $16.20 per hour with weekly pay and overtime as needed. This part-time seasonal role runs about 4 hours per shift, Saturdays through Wednesday, starting at 4:30 AM, from 11/02/2026 to 01/01/2027.

No warehouse experience is required; training will be provided. You’ll help unload, sort, and move packages up to 50 pounds and support a team to keep deliveries moving on time.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Be able to meet pre-employment requirements, including background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their destination safely and on time.

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
