Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler to support holiday operations at our Logan Township facility. You will unload, sort, and move packages, working with a team to keep thousands of parcels moving toward their destinations. Duties include organizing work areas and helping packages reach their next stop safely and on time.

The role offers weekly pay, flexible shift options, and a seasonal bonus. Candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the United States, and able to work

• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Job description

Location: 701 Crossroads Blvd, Door J, Logan Township, NJ 08085

Pay: $18.50

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 01:00pm-11:30pm or End of Sort.

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration: 11/16/2026 to 12/31/2026

Seasonal Bonus: $1,000 End of Season Bonus

During Your Shift, You’ll

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently

What You’ll Need

• Be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
