OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler in Logan Township, NJ. You will unload, sort, and move packages during a Monday–Thursday shift from 1:00pm to 11:30pm (End of Sort). The role runs 11/16/2026 through 12/31/2026 and offers a $1,000 End of Season Bonus with potential opportunities beyond the season.

Weekly pay, overtime where required, and a fast hiring process are highlighted benefits. Physical work includes lifting up to 30–50 pounds and teamwork to keep packages moving on time.

Pay: $18.50

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 01:00pm-11:30pm or End of Sort.

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration: 11/16/2026 to 12/31/2026

Seasonal Bonus: $1,000 End of Season Bonus

The Job: Your Paid Workout

This is an active, hands-on job where you'll work alongside your team to keep thousands of packages moving toward their next destination.

During your shift, you'll:

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you'll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
