Job summary

OnTrac in Lebanon, TN is hiring for a seasonal warehouse worker. The role pays $19.50 per hour with an additional weekend incentive of $1 per hour (Fri-Sun). The season runs from 10/27 to 01/01, with a $500 seasonal bonus and overtime eligibility per law.

Shifts are 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or end of sort, with two options: Mon-Thu or Fri-Sun. You will unload, sort, move, and load packages up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for long periods, and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shift, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to meet pre-employment requirements, including background check where permitted by law.
• Able to repeatedly lift packages and stand/walk for long periods.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• No previous warehouse experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments in the warehouse.
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Job description

Pay: $19.50

Incentive Pay: Your current hourly rate of pay plus an additional $1.00 per hour weekend shift Incentive! (Friday-Sunday)

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: 8:00AM – 12:00PM or End of Sort

(2 options):

Monday - Thursday

Friday - Sunday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
