Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in Antioch, TN. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by zip codes, and loading trucks for deliveries. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse, upholding safety as a core value and supporting teammates to complete daily objectives.

Expected shifts are overnight with variable hours and a base pay of $20.00 per hour. We offer benefits and a supportive environment where teamwork and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Able to stay on your feet and work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Pay: Your base rate of pay will be $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1:00 AM - 5:30AM or End of Sort

(3 Options)

• Sunday - Thursday
• Tuesday- Saturday
• Friday - Monday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
