Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Assistant in Maryland to support our Omni Operations team. This hands-on role focuses on processing merchandise, maintaining quality and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse.

Key duties include receiving, inspecting, labeling, data entry, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily targets. High school diploma or GED is required, with 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Basic math skills and comfort working with inventory or tracking systems.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
• Availability to work Saturday shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and process returned or incoming merchandise in a warehouse environment.
• Inspect products for condition, accuracy, and quality based on established guidelines.
• Prepare items for resale, storage, or next processing stage, including cleaning and labeling.
• Perform basic data entry and tracking to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Support inventory organization and warehouse housekeeping standards.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as packing, sorting, and material handling.
• Participate in special projects and peak‑volume support as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

The Seasonal Warehouse Assistant supports our Warehouse Operations, helping process merchandise while maintaining Pandora’s high standards of quality and care. This is a hands ‑ on role ideal for individuals who are detail ‑ oriented and thrive in a fast ‑ paced warehouse environment.

Your Role as a Seasonal Warehouse Assistant:

• Receive, sort, and process returned or incoming merchandise in a warehouse environment
• Inspect products for condition, accuracy, and quality based on established guidelines
• Prepare items for resale, storage, or next processing stage, including cleaning and labeling
• Perform basic data entry and tracking to ensure accurate inventory records
• Support inventory organization and warehouse housekeeping standards
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment

What is needed to succeed:

• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast ‑ paced environment

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Maryland Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
