Job summary
Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Clayton Distribution Center in Clayton, OH. You will support the path from our distribution networks to customers, performing receiving, processing and shipping tasks with forklifts and order-picking equipment.

Qualifications
- Safety mindset and PPE procedures are required.
- Minimum 12 months in prior roles; experience with cherry/order picker, reach truck, or sit-down forklift preferred.
- Team oriented with strong communication and adaptability; English reading/writing required.
Responsibilities
- Safely perform warehousing processes for receiving, storing, packing and shipping parts.
- Operate handheld scanner to update receiving counts and orders.
- Be trained to operate cherry/order picker, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts where available.
- Report defects and needed repairs.
- Build wooden shipping containers and apply protective coatings.
- Keep work areas clean and organized; perform other duties as assigned.
