Job summary
Caterpillar’s Clayton Distribution Center in Clayton, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the second shift. Base wage starts at $19.01/hour with a $1.50/hour night shift premium, plus overtime opportunities and a full benefits package, including 401(k) matching and tuition assistance.

Qualifications
- Must-have safety mindset and PPE adherence.
- Twelve months of continuous employment in prior roles preferred.
- Experience operating cherry/order picker, reach truck, and/or sit-down forklift preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and conduct business in English.
Responsibilities
- Safely perform warehousing processes: receiving, storing, packing, shipping of parts and materials.
- Operate handheld scanner to update receiving and order processing data.
- Learn to operate cherry/order picker, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead cranes as needed.
- Report defects and need for repairs on equipment and tools.
- Build wooden shipping containers and apply paint/rust inhibitors as required.
- Assist with housekeeping and other duties as assigned by management.
