Big Sandy Superstore in Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load/unload freight and provide direct customer service. You will help customers with loading and unloading merchandise and ensure accurate processing of pickups and returns.

The role requires following safety rules, inspecting merchandise, and maintaining orderly records. Reports to Warehouse Manager/Operations Manager; full-time position with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or loading/unloading experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction through courteous service while performing duties in warehouse.
• Record data for customer pick-ups and returns, including license plate and vehicle model.
• Inspect merchandise and validate integrity and inventory accuracy.
• Follow safety rules and wear safety equipment.
