Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction through courteous service while performing duties in the warehouse and assisting customers with loading/unloading merchandise.
• Record all required data when processing a customer's pickup and return.
• Verify merchandise location through computer records and ensure accuracy of data.
• Record license numbers and verify vehicle model when applicable.
• Verify that customers have no outstanding balance and can safely receive merchandise.
• Thank customers for their purchase.
