• Ensure total customer satisfaction through courteous service while performing duties in warehouse and assisting customers with loading/unloading.
• Record data when processing Customer pickups and returns, verify merchandise and location in system.
• Verify customer balance and safe delivery readiness; thank customers for their purchase.
• Accept responsibility for safety and security of all company property; maintain clean, orderly work area.
