You will work under the Warehouse Manager/Operations Manager to support daily operations and safety compliance. Responsibilities include data entry, merchandise inspection, inventory accuracy, and occasional off-site deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide courteous customer service and assist with loading/unloading merchandise.
• Accurate data entry for customer pick-ups and returns.
• Adherence to safety rules and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction through courteous service while loading/unloading merchandise.
• Record all required data when processing a Customer’s pick-up.
• Verify vehicle details and ensure customer balance is clear.
• Inspect merchandise received and validate inventory accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and assist with deliveries as needed.
