Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or returns/inventory experience.
• Hands-on experience using RF scanners and WMS.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and solid math skills.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process Return to Vendor (RTV) orders, including picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Conduct quality control (QC) checks on returned products for accuracy and compliance.
• Receive inbound shipments, branch transfers, and customer returns.
• Use RF scanners to track product movements, put away inventory, and record freight details.
• Perform physical cycle counts and update inventory systems, and execute material transfers.
• Stage and hand-wrap materials for outbound shipments as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

What's a typical day as a Warehouse Associate - Inventory & Returns? You'll be:

• Processing Return to Vendor (RTV) orders, including picking, packing, and shipping activities.
