Job summary

YQN LINK in Katy, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate-Inventory Control with bilingual Chinese capabilities to support returns, data entry, and inventory accuracy. You will enter data, manage records, and help resolve shipment issues in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires English communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Mandarin is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position in Katy/Houston, with starting pay of around $20/hour plus OT.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Process customer return packages by unpacking, verifying contents, and sorting according to established standards
• Accurately enter return data into the system and update inventory records
• Handle exception cases (e.g., incorrect addresses, transit damage) and assist with re-shipments
• Follow up on operational tickets related to replacement shipments and product exchanges
• Maintain organized return documentation and generate reports as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
