Job summary

CORT Furniture Rental is hiring immediately for full-time Warehouse Associates in Norwood, MA. The role involves loading/unloading, staging furniture, and ensuring items are rental-ready for delivery teams. You will be cross-trained in warehousing and may perform different tasks based on daily needs.

Pay starts at $18 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to the work site.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks for daily routes and ensure proper item placement.
• Pull and stage furniture for next-day deliveries and maintain accuracy.
• Clean, touch up, and repair furniture to be rental-ready.
• Maintain and clean the warehouse and manage waste.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in daily warm-ups.
• Assist drivers on deliveries as needed.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.
