CORT Tradeshow and Events in Secaucus, NJ is hiring immediately for Warehouse Associates. The role supports loading/unloading trucks, order fulfillment, and furniture processing to ensure rental‑ready inventory for events and transfers.

You’ll work a varied schedule with weekends required, earn $18 per hour with weekly pay, and receive benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous warehousing experience preferred.
• Forklift Operator certification preferred; on‑the‑job certification provided.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly or 100 pounds with a partner.
• Able to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and stand‑up reach trucks.
• Must pass drug screening (does not include THC) as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with care.
• Pick, stage, and prepare items for delivery or district transfers.
• Clean, touch up, and wrap furniture to ensure rental‑ready condition.
• Assemble or disassemble furniture as needed.
• Maintain and clean the warehouse.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Tag, store, and organize products in the warehouse.
• Participate in safety meetings and daily warm‑ups.
