Mac Properties is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate in Chicago to support maintenance operations across our portfolio. The role is hands-on in the warehouse and also includes inventory auditing and PO management, requiring strong data accuracy.

This is a full-time position with benefits after 90 days, and the pay rate is $20/hour. Responsibilities include receiving and organizing supplies, maintaining inventories, processing POs, and using computer systems to track records.

Qualifications

• 1+ year warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Mac Properties is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support maintenance operations across our portfolio. This role is hands-on in the warehouse and also includes inventory auditing and purchase order (PO) management, requiring strong computer and data accuracy skills.

This is a full-time position with benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.) after 90-days of employment. The pay rate for this role is $20/hour.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, organize, and distribute maintenance supplies and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and audits
• Process and manage purchase orders (POs) and verify documentation for accuracy
• Use computer systems to track inventory, audit usage, and update records

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience preferred

• Forklift experience/certification is a plus
