Our client, a leader in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations team, supporting efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-focused mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: North Chicago, IL

Pay Range:21.00

Shift: 4-day 10hr shifts, 8am-6:30pm / 5-day 10am-6:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform warehouse duties such as counting, sorting, and recording large, heavy-weight stock
• Assist with receiving, picking, packing, and dock processing operations
• Ensure safety protocols are followed in a loud and fast-paced environment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and turret trucks after training
• Maintain accurate records and ensure quality standards are met

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs constantly and work in hot/cold environments
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and initiative
• Steel toe shoes are required; forklift certification/training is a plus
