Job summary

Mac Properties is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate in Chicago to support maintenance operations across our portfolio. The role is hands-on in the warehouse and also includes inventory auditing and PO management, requiring strong data accuracy.

This is a full-time position with benefits after 90 days, and the pay rate is $20/hour. Responsibilities include receiving and organizing supplies, maintaining inventories, processing POs, and using computer systems to track records.

Qualifications

• 1+ year warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with inventory systems and data entry.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in auditing and recordkeeping.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and distribute maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts/audits.
• Process and manage purchase orders and verify documentation.
• Use computer systems to track inventory, audit usage, and update records.
• Load and unload deliveries and prepare materials for field teams.
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Support urgent supply requests from maintenance teams.
