Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound shipments, verify quantities and condition against orders.
• Pick, pack, kit, and stage outbound orders according to schedules and quality standards.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks/hand trucks).
• Scan and update inventory records in the warehouse management system as products move.
• Load and unload trailers with shipping/receiving team to meet throughput targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work area per OSHA standards.
• Perform assembly and kitting functions per product spec and QC guidelines.
• Support cycle counting and inventory verification with staff or supervisors.
• Communicate production status, discrepancies, equipment issues, or safety concerns to leads.
• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy benchmarks consistently.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound shipments, verifying product quantities and condition against purchase orders and documenting any discrepancies
• Pick, pack, kit, and stage outbound orders accurately in accordance with daily shipment schedules and quality standards
• Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and in compliance with all facility protocols
• Scan and update inventory records in the warehouse management system as product moves through receiving, storage, and shipping functions
• Load and unload trailers in coordination with the shipping and receiving team, maintaining throughput targets without sacrificing accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times in compliance with OSHA and facility safety standards
• Perform assembly and kitting functions as assigned, following product specifications and quality control guidelines
• Support cycle counting and inventory verification activities as directed by inventory control staff or supervisors
• Communicate proactively with team leads regarding production status, discrepancies, equipment issues, or safety concerns
• Meet or exceed individual productivity and accuracy benchmarks on a consistent basis

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the duration of the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods in a warehouse environment
• Basic reading, counting, and data entry skills for order verification and inventory documentation
• Reliable work history with demonstrated consistency in attendance and performance
• Ability to work at a sustained pace in a high-volume, fast-moving distribution environment
• Willingness to work assigned shift schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, or Saturdays
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred but not required - training is provided
