Job summary

OnTrac in Redlands, CA is hiring for a seasonal warehouse associate. You will unload, sort, and load packages, stand and walk for long periods, and assist in team lifts while ensuring safety and efficiency. No prior warehouse experience is required as training is provided.

The role offers weekly pay, overtime eligibility, and a seasonal bonus of $500. The season runs from late October to early January, with shifts that may vary and include weekends.

Job description

Location: 2459 Almond Ave. Redlands, CA 92374

Pay: $18.50/hour WEEKLY Pay This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

• Monday - Friday
• Wednesday - Sunday
• Saturday - Tuesday

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 10/27/2026 to 01/01/2027

Seasonal Bonus*: $500

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.
