The role involves verifying and recording movement of products, updating systems, tracking shipments and inventory, and preparing dispatch and related documentation. Four shifts per week are scheduled Sunday through Thursday, with one day off.

Pay starts at $19.50/hr and can reach up to $24.79/hr with incentives. Requires a High School Diploma/GED and up to 2 years in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or a related field required.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
