Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate in Fort Worth, TX to support shipping/receiving, inventory, and order picking. You will unload/load trailers, verify stacking, and ensure product integrity at appropriate temperatures while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires high-reach forklift experience, ability to lift heavy loads, and strict adherence to procedures. The company offers a stable, employee-focused environment with full benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Previous high-reach forklift experience and/or warehouse training.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs with assistance.
Reliable and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

Unload and load trailers and verify proper stacking and freight separation.
Count products before storage and compare with manifests; check for damage or date codes.
Identify and report shortages, damages, and overages to supervision.
Assist in inventory using scanners and ensure proper stock rotation by lot number.
Pull and prepare products for shipment with accurate lot numbers and locations.
Operate forklifts and other equipment safely; maintain a clean, organized facility.
