Job summary

RealCold in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to support daily operations in a cold storage facility. You will move products, load and unload, manage inventory, and ensure orders are packed for shipment while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role requires forklift experience, reliability, and the ability to work weekends/evenings as needed. Join a team focused on safe, efficient handling of goods and accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse or related role.
• Experience in a cold storage facility is a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred (pallet jack or high reach).
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Move products and packages throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and place them in storage locations.
• Perform inventory checks, order fulfillment and staging for shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to safety rules and report safety concerns.
