Job summary

United States Cold Storage is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate for loading, unloading, inventory checks, and order picking in a fast-paced cold storage environment. You will operate a high reach forklift, verify shipments, and maintain accurate stock rotation while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities include counting products, matching manifests, recording discrepancies, and assisting with physical inventories.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating a high reach forklift.
• Experience or training in warehouse operations.
• Good arithmetic and reading skills for inventory and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trailers; verify stacking and freight on pallets.
• Count product before storage; compare to drivers’ manifest; check for damage and codes.
• Identify and recover shortages, damages, and overages; report to supervisor.
• Assist in physical inventories using scanners and ensure stock rotation by lot numbers.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment; ensure correct location and lot numbers.
• Operate forklift and other equipment; maintain clean and safe work area; perform daily equipment checks.
