Job summary

United Cold Storage Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload and load trailers, verify counts, inspect for damages, and ensure proper palletization in a fast-paced cold storage environment.

Responsibilities include using a forklift, stacking products up to seven feet, selecting orders, loading railcars, and maintaining equipment while following safety policies. Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand long hours, and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Use scanners, tablets, radio, phones and other warehouse devices.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trailers; verify stacking and pallet integrity.
• Count products, compare to manifests; report damages.
• Identify and recover shortages, overages, and damages per policy.
• Assist in inventories; ensure proper stock rotation.
• Pull and prepare orders; ensure correct lot numbers and locations.
• Load into railcars or trailers; operate forklift or related equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly facilities and equipment.
