United States Cold Storage in Fort Worth is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support loading/unloading trailers, verify pallets, and ensure proper temperature-controlled handling. You will operate high-reach forklifts, perform product checks, and assist with inventory tasks, order picking, and loading activities in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, stand/walk for long periods, and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous high reach forklift and/or warehouse training.
• Bend and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Overtime is an essential part of this position.
• Drive a registered motor vehicle to satisfy daily requirements.
• Work in a temperature range of +50 to -30 degrees F.
• Good arithmetic and reading skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trailers and verify stacking and freight not mixed on pallets.
• Check shipments for damage and proper dating; report issues.
• Identify and recover overages/shortages and handle inventory tasks.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment; ensure correct lot numbers.
• Operate forklift and equipment; maintain clean, orderly facilities.
• Follow all safety procedures and attend training as required.
