Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support storage and delivery operations. You will operate forklifts (training provided), load and unload containers, assist customers, and perform inspections of U‑Box containers prior to dispatch and on return.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and adherence to safety and vehicular regulations. U‑Haul offers advancement opportunities and benefits where eligible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal vehicular regulations while driving.

Responsibilities

• Operate an 8,000-lb propane forklift or truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers onto and off truck beds for delivery to and from a storage facility.
• Provide customer assistance, including the sale of support items and the use of dispatch and rental systems.
• Perform customer-ready inspections of U‑Box containers prior to dispatch and upon return.
• Prepare, receive and provide documentation for delivery or pickup of goods.
• Ensure warehouse storage facility is clean, dry and secure.
• Participate in ongoing education through U‑Haul University.
