Job summary

U-Haul is seeking friendly, energetic individuals to join our warehouse team as Warehouse Workers. You will assist customers, support loading and unloading, and ensure accurate documentation for deliveries and pickups. A safe, reliable work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, coordinating with dispatch, and maintaining a clean, secure storage facility while upholding U-Haul's standards of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate an 8,000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers onto and off truck beds for delivery to and from a storage facility.
• Ensure timely delivery and provide customer-ready assistance.
• Assist customers with items and use dispatch and rental systems.
• Prepare and provide documentation for deliveries or pickups.
• Keep the warehouse storage area clean, dry and secure.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
