Job summary

SRS Building Products - Stevens Point is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials for our Stevens Point location. You will log inventory, prepare orders, and maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include unloading and loading shipments, organizing storage, and collaborating with teammates to ensure timely deliveries. Prior experience in distribution and proficiency with inventory software and Excel are preferred;

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments preferred.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Excel.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language preferred.
• Safety audits and training experience advantageous.
• Strong time management and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills and math for inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders accurately and log materials.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and yard areas; support safety initiatives.
• Distribute materials to storage areas and perform stock rotations; report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team to promote a cooperative work environment and meet delivery schedules.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely following guidelines.
