Job summary

SRS Building Products - Lindon is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution within our Lindon facility. You will log materials, load/unload shipments, and maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include inventory distribution, stock rotation, and reporting discrepancies while collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume distribution is preferred.
• Proficient with inventory management software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Spanish or another secondary language is helpful.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Experience conducting safety audits and training sessions.
• Able to adapt to changing environments and challenges.
• Basic computer skills and math for inventory counts.
• Strong time management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments, logging and storing materials per standards.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks with accurate documentation and timing.
• Maintain an organized, clean warehouse; perform yard/office upkeep and uphold safety standards.
• Manage inventory by distributing materials, rotating stock, and reporting discrepancies or damaged items.
• Collaborate with team to support a cooperative, productive work environment and team-first culture.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently per guidelines.
