Job summary

Trane Technologies in Austin, TX, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our on-site team. You will coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and act as the primary contact for warehouse movements and customer interactions.

This role requires a HS diploma, forklift experience, and strong planning, communication, and customer service skills. You will work day shifts Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience is required.
• Commitment to safety by using all appropriate resources to safely perform all functions of the job.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using a forklift; maintain work equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required.
