Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Charleston, SC to join our on-site team. You will support warehouse operations, coordinate shipments, stock inventory, and operate a forklift to move freight safely while keeping equipment in good condition.

We offer competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits. The role requires HS diploma, forklift experience, and strong teamwork and communication skills; overtime/weekends may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.
• Safety-focused and able to use resources to safely perform all job functions.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proven team player.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for warehouse movement and carrier interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth operations.
• Load and unload freight with forklift; maintain equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies for effective operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts.
