Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Tempe, AZ. You will support the warehouse team, manage inbound/outbound shipments, stock inventory, and operate power industrial vehicles. This role requires a HS diploma and strong organizational and customer service skills.

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent planning and organizational skills required.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.
Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required.
