Trane Technologies is hiring a Warehouse Associate in San Diego, CA. You will support inbound/outbound shipping, inventory control, and safe operation of forklifts to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse experience with power industrial vehicles preferred.
• Safety-first approach to all tasks and procedures.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and dependable follow-through.
• Proficient with MS Office; good written and verbal communication.
• Customer-focused and a reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required.
