Job summary

Trane Technologies in Austin, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support inbound/outbound shipments, stock inventory and operate power industrial equipment. The role is on-site, first shift, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, and requires a HS diploma and forklift experience.

You will be the reliable contact for warehouse movements, coordinate shipments, maintain supplies, and join a team that values safety, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Warehouse and forklift experience.
• Safety-focused approach to all tasks.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proven team player.

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required.
