Job summary

Trane Technologies in San Diego, CA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. You will work day shift (7:30AM - 4PM), Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, ensuring timely shipments and accurate handling of goods.

You’ll be the primary contact for warehouse movement, coordinate inbound/outbound freight, stock inventory, and operate forklifts. Excellent teamwork and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift or power industrial vehicle experience preferred.
• Safety-focused and able to follow procedures.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for warehouse movement and interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth operations.
• Load and unload freight using forklift and maintain equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts.
