Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our branch operations group.

The role involves off-loading, put-away, picking and staging of equipment and parts while delivering professional customer service to internal and external customers. You will work with forklift and warehouse equipment, ensure items are received and stocked, maintain inventory and complete paperwork accurately.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• 1+ years industrial forklift experience strongly preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift and warehouse equipment to load/unload and transfer materials.
• Ensure items are received per procedure and stocked in locations.
• Maintain inventory and prepare cycle counts.
• Complete Will Calls.
• Accurately complete paperwork and data entries.
• Wear PPE and uniform at all times.
• Maintain warehouse and forklift with good housekeeping and safety procedures.
• Assist customers and CSRs as needed.
• Follow SOPs and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
