Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Morton, IL is hiring a Store Associate to help unload freight, stock shelves, and assist customers on the sales floor. The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

• Great communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Associate would assist with incoming freight, ensure that it reaches the sales floor, and other assigned duties.
• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area and use a forklift.
• Move/fill palletized products to various departments and load products into customers' vehicles.
• Support other departments as needed and follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
