Job summary

Blain's Farm & Fleet is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Dubuque, IA to support receiving, stocking, and shipping. You will help unload freight, move items to the floor, operate a forklift, and assist across departments while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires good communication, some retail experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Eligible associates receive a comprehensive benefits package after 91 days of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers and team members.
• Retail experience preferred or basic familiarity with store operations.
• Able to work evenings and at least every other weekend as required.
• Able to pass a background check where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area and onto the sales floor.
• Operate a forklift to move pallets and load products.
• Transfer products between pallets and departments as needed.
• Load product into customer vehicles and assist in other departments.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
