Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin to support inbound freight, stock the sales floor, and help customers with loading goods. The role requires forklift use and adherence to safety and Loss Prevention policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products from trailers at dock.
• Move freight to staging area.
• Operate a forklift.
• Move pallets to departments.
• Transfer products pallet to pallet.
• Load product into customers' vehicles.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
