Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound freight, ensure products reach the sales floor, and perform related duties. Responsibilities include unloading trailers, moving freight, operating a forklift, and assisting all departments as needed.

The role requires good communication, prior retail experience, availability for evenings and every other weekend, and the ability to pass a background check. A strong safety mindset and adherence to LP policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across teams and customers.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to staging area and to departments as needed.
• Operate a forklift and move palletized products.
• Load products into customers' vehicles and assist other departments.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
