Job summary

Wurth Industry USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform a range of distribution tasks including receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping to support accurate, timely order fulfillment.

This role requires the ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment, lift up to 80 pounds, work in a fast-paced environment, and follow safety procedures while maintaining inventory accuracy. You will coordinate with teams and ensure proper labeling and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 1-2 years of material handling, forklift or warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift, rider reach truck, stock picker or hand truck. Must pass forklift training and maintain forklift certification.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software and/or Integrated Logistics Solutions a plus.
• Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment and work independently or in a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend training instructions, shipping tickets, and procedure manuals quickly.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, with frequent 40–60 pound lifts.
• Able to stand and walk on concrete 8–10 hours a day.
• Experience with RIF Scanner to track inventory preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge; SAP knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and verify incoming freight and inspect condition.
• Verify quantity and accuracy of stock using proper processes.
• Prioritize and fill orders using warehouse equipment and routing to processing areas.
• Safely pick and package products with correct labeling and quantities for shipping.
• Verify shipping orders against slips and load packages with appropriate lines.
• Communicate and resolve issues related to damages, shortages or inventory errors.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain warehouse and equipment.
